Very good and reliable service defiantly recommend mydubaistay to family and friends.
Open 24hrs and really helpful.
When I do need another booking I will be using only my stay group Friendly and welcoming staff . They take pride in there work and in there service which shows when booking with them.

The place was good but They need to look into the number of keys and access cards, as they only provide one

The good : Very large, 8th floor, apartment, three good sized double rooms. Double glazed throughout. Two with double beds and one with two singles pushed together. Shared bathroom/toilet/shower between two of the rooms, and a further en-suite and changing room with the master. Very spacious hall, dining area and sitting room. Well equipped kitchen (5 ring gas hob and oven), microwave, big fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Could do with a couple of extra saucepans and some oven gloves though! There is a TV with lots and lots of satellite channels, free fast reliable internet. Aircon throughout (and very quiet!).

The less good : This apartment does not face the beach, but back towards the marina area and across the 8+ lane access road to the palm. It makes for spectacular views from the balcony, but the road noise makes sitting out less comfortable. The double glazing does the job of keeping the noise out when inside though.

The bad : There is a new building going up about 400 yards from the apartment. They are up to floor 12 of 13 and work 24 hours a day (except Friday). There is a constant background noise (which, again, the double glazing keeps out) and light from the site.....hence, I would suggest avoiding this apartment until 2016 Also, check the status of “beach club access”. There are 6 apartment blocks that together make the shoreline apartments. The beach club access gives you access to the beach that runs the length of these apartments, sun loungers, water sports (kayaks) facilities, three swimming pools, gymnasiums and saunas. Without access, you have nothing. You can stare at the sea and beach, but nothing more!. At the time of writing, access cost 80AED per person per day (or around £15), so check if it is included in your package or if you need to budget. As for getting around, I would suggest giving a car a miss. driving is hectic, and the official taxis are VERY cheap.

We had 6 days with my wife and two children, the apartment was very clean and spacious, nice balcony views, jbr and very close to the marina. Internet very fast

Very nice and big apartment, perfect room for everyone, beautiful balcony with view over the marina. Close to the beach, the beach walk and also close to tram and supermarkets. Very nice and easy customer service, a little hard to find the Office too pick out the keys but otherwise a very nice stay!

Rimal 3 is towards the end of JBR and only a 5 minutes’ walk to the beautiful picture perfect Marina beach! So the location is superb! You can also walk to the nearest metro station although it takes a bit longer. Taxis are easily found nearby.

The apartment was on the first floor with a nice view of the sunset. The swimming pool was very clean and lovely! I can recommend fully the apartment. However, you should know that at the time of my visit minor construction work was still going on. I thought it was interesting but it may bother others. The apartment was clean inside and had all we needed. Plenty of space! For a short period of time it is an effort with the key drop however, they have options so that you do not need to bring them back.

The staff was helpful and there was even a 24h phone number available just in case some question came up.

I would prefer this kind of accommodation to a hotel as you have more space and value for the money.

Booked “The Waves A” at the Dubai Marina apartment for 6 days (Jan 3-9) on our recent visit to Dubai in January 2015. We were 2 families; a group of seven including children. Much as the rooms were spacious & apartment equipped with all basic essentials and at a prime location, the shower and toilets were quite disappointing. As there was no soap-stand in the bathrooms, you would either have to put soap &shampoo on the floor inside shower room or fetch them from outside glass-shower-room door. Not only this was highly inconvenient but we would end up flooding the whole bathroom floor. The shower glass-door wouldn’t properly shut and resultantly water would spread all over. Secondly, checking-in and checking-out of the apartment too was inconvenient and unnecessarily lengthy; for you have to check-in/check-out in a side office on the Sh Zayed Road while the apartments are on Dubai Marina. With perpetual ongoing roads work and hence the diversions in Dubai the map route would not bring you to the apartment without wasting time. On top of it, there was only one pair of keys to the apartment, so all occupants had to aligh their come back whenever we were going to two different spots. Another thing the property owners must consider is to change lenin/towels after 3 days and not 7 days as is done currently. The basic food-package that you have to buy when booking the room should be done away with for it feels more of a profit making exercise than the convenience for the customers, as the management claims. With plenty of grocery shops around at less than 5 minutes walk, it doesn’t seem to be a daunting task anyway. Besides, AED200/- charged for the grocery are way higher than the actual cost. You can buy all that with half the price, if not less.

Still, location of the apartment is wonderful as the JLT Metro station is merely 5 minutes walk away. It also provides Dubai Marina view from its balcony where you can enjoy morning & evening tea/coffee. Also, the apt is surrounded by cafes/restaurants/grocery stores/fast

Great service with MSG the management company once we arrived. Nice apartment and location. Excellent amenities. No complaints.

I have been stayed in many places in Dubai since 2006 hotels, apartments but I never satisfy like my staying in Murjan. It was very quiet and clean with very beautiful see view , complete dishes,breakfast glossary,DVD,Lcd TV, land phone,enugh rooms. It very big width with very good prices. I will stay again in Murjan when I come back to Dubai because I am sure no place like Murjan

It is a good place to spend your time with peace & quite area. But, there is a disadvantage to location no services available shopping or mini market at least.

The apartment is in a good location, right next to the beach with lots of lovely restaurants right on the doorstep. Size is good and can accommodate up to 4 people. Judging by previous reviews it has been recently refurbished and all furniture and furnishings are in good condition. Kitchen had everything I needed although didn’t use it much, too many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Overall one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in when visiting Dubai.

This was our 2nd visit to Dubai and the 2nd time using My Stay Group. Both apartments on the Palm Jumeriah have been great. The views are just stunning - The Burj Al Arab and in the distance with the Burj Khalifa. We Stayed in Al Sultana apartments 2nd time and the staff at MSG couldnt have been any more helpful. We were even offered 10% discount for our 2nd booking which we duly took. The apartment is very well equipped, no need for anything. It had a great shop downstairs and a bar which did great food. I would certainly recommend and will definitely use again and definitely stay in the same apartment. looking forward to a return trip in the near future!

One of the best apartments we have stayed in, beautiful deco, done to high standard,, very luxurious and large. Facilities in the apartment very good only thing missing is a hair drier, very good kitchen utensils and did cook twice and had everything I needed. Beds very comfortable and lovely big spacious rooms, my son loved running around!

Good use of 2 pools and very short walk to the beach. On grounds of apartment there are fantastic facilities with a very good shop where you can get everything from take away food, fresh juices to fresh cut steak if you want to eat in, a pharmacy is also on the grounds. The apartment is very secure and everyone is so friendly. Lovely restaurant (with so many to pick from) down the walk way, lovely atmosphere at night and very child friendly also but also some lovely places to relax such as funky cafés/bars and an outside cinema on the beach which is about a 15 min walk from the apartment. The views from the balcony are beautiful especially at night, and you can see the palm and Atlantis from the windows. Also not far from the Atlantis for a day out either which is highly recommended!! All in all, such a great all round apartment for many good reasons.

stayed here for one week in april. perfect location ie. beach 2 min walk, great view of beach - lots to do and see on beach, great restaurants very close by too, dubai marina and marina mall only 5 min walk away. very clean, modern, spacious and fully equipped apartment. wonderful holiday. looking to rebook next!.
